Refund & Cancellation Policy

Careermarq aims to provide clear information regarding program fees, schedules, duration and applicable conditions before registration.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the program, the stage of service delivery and the specific terms communicated at the time of registration.

2. Cancellation Before Program Commencement

A participant may request cancellation before the scheduled commencement of a program by contacting: connect@careermarq.com

The applicable refund, if any, will depend on:

• The time of cancellation;
• Whether course materials or services have already been provided;
• Administrative or payment-processing charges;
• The specific terms applicable to the program; and
• Applicable law.

3. Cancellation After Commencement

Once a program has commenced, refunds may be restricted because educational services, course materials, instructor time or other resources may already have been provided.

Any refund after commencement will be considered according to the terms applicable to the relevant program.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following may be non-refundable once provided or activated:

• Downloadable digital materials;
• Completed assessments;
• Attended workshops or webinars;
• Personalised counselling or consulting sessions already delivered;
• Services already substantially performed; and
• Other services expressly identified as non-refundable before purchase.

5. Cancellation by Careermarq

Careermarq reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel a program due to circumstances including:

• Insufficient enrolment;
• Instructor unavailability;
• Technical issues;
• Venue-related circumstances;
• Force majeure;
• Regulatory requirements; or
• Other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where Careermarq cancels a program and a refund is applicable, the eligible amount will normally be returned through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

6. Rescheduling

Where reasonably possible, Careermarq may offer an alternative batch, session or schedule instead of a refund.

The availability of rescheduling will depend on the specific program.

7. Refund Request Procedure

A refund request should be submitted by email to: connect@careermarq.com

The request should include:

• Participant's name;
• Registered email address;
• Mobile number;
• Program/course name;
• Registration or transaction reference, where available;
• Date of payment; and
• Reason for cancellation.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, Careermarq will initiate the refund within a reasonable period after approval.

The time taken for the amount to appear in the user's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

9. Payment Gateway Charges

Where applicable, payment gateway, transaction or administrative charges may be deducted from a refund where such deduction has been disclosed or is legally permissible.

10. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

Where a participant has been charged more than once for the same service due to an apparent payment-processing error, the participant should notify Careermarq promptly.

After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded through the applicable payment channel.

11. Fraudulent or Unauthorised Transactions

Users should immediately notify Careermarq of any suspected unauthorised transaction.

Careermarq may request reasonable information necessary to investigate the transaction.

12. No Guaranteed Career Outcome

Payment for a Careermarq course or program does not guarantee employment, income, promotion, admission, certification or any specific career outcome.

13. Policy Changes

Careermarq may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

The policy applicable to a particular purchase will generally be the policy communicated or made available at the time of registration, subject to applicable law.
